Ada Lien has more than two decades of experience across luxury, beauty, and consumer industries. She is the Founder of Rising Horse, where she advises founders, private equity firms, and executive teams on brand strategy, growth, and leadership. She previously served as CEO of Fresh, a LVMH Maison. Before LVMH, Ada held senior roles at The Estée Lauder Companies at brands including La Mer, Clinique, and Origins.
Ada is the recipient of the Cosmetic Executive Women’s Top Talent Award. She is also a frequent speaker delivering workshops on leadership, consumer psychology, and brand storytelling at industry forums including Cannes Lions, Google, TikTok, Asia Society and education institutions such as Wharton and NYU.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from Smith College, is a certified executive coach, and co-founded the HBS Asian American Alumni Association.
