He has held senior leadership roles at organizations including Commonwealth Care Alliance, Universal American, and Deloitte Consulting, where he led multi-state expansion, payer-provider partnerships, and innovative care models for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and complex populations.
Adam specializes in translating strategy into execution: building scalable operating models, developing tech-enabled services, and aligning clinical, financial, and operational performance.
