Alex Salat spent his first years in consulting at Accenture’s Corporate Strategy/M&A practice before he transitioned to Monitor Deloitte (Munich and later Los Angeles). In 2019, he continued his consulting journey as an independent consultant.
With more than 13 years of experience, Alex led a variety of projects covering strategy development/execution, operating model change, and divestiture/PMI at Healthcare, Technology, and Energy & Resources clients.
He very much enjoys working in international setups and completed engagements in the US, Switzerland, the UAE, and other countries.
He lives in Munich. In his free time, he loves going to the gym, playing a round of golf, or trying new restaurants.
