AJ is a business value creation consultant and technology M&A advisor who has been independently serving enterprise technology, private equity, and venture capital clients since 2023. Before going independent, he came from Amazon Web Services where he was a Senior Business Value Advisor for PE customers.
He also had over a decade of experience in the Corporate Finance and M&A practices of large, top tier consulting firms, including Accenture, Deloitte, Gartner, and Slalom. AJ earned his LLM in Antitrust Law and Economics from the Scalia Law School at George Mason University and his BBA in Finance from Questrom School of Business at Boston University.
He’s based out of the Washington, D.C. metro area, and when not working you can usually find him researching the next restaurant or recipe he’s going to try.
