Allison Tsao started her career in New York at Deloitte and Accenture, focused on human capital consulting projects. She then transitioned to an internal HR Business Partner role at American Express. In 2014, she moved to Sydney, and joined a boutique management consultancy, Veldhoen + Company, as a workplace strategist.
In 2017, she started her own consultancy, Humans Who Lead, to help organisations focus on the truly human aspects of organisational change. She works as a facilitator, consultant, and executive coach to help senior leaders bring their strategy, culture, and leadership to life. Allison has experience in the US, AU, NZ markets and is open to global collaboration efforts where transformational change is necessary to adapt and thrive.
She is currently based in Sydney with her husband, three kids, and dog. She appreciates art, music, dance, eastern philosophy, and learning about different cultures.
