Amanda is an operating partner (typically serving as interim CFO/CIO) for private equity backed companies in transformational periods, serving the last 11 years across insurance and insurtech, aerospace & defense, industrial services, specialty consumer goods and retail industries.

As CFO, Amanda’s focus is post acquisition integration and turnaround, including implementing various ERP, leading culture shifts, navigating lender and investor negotiations, and various other high-stakes initiatives, where her strategic and tactical leadership best serve middle markets companies in legacy moments.

Beginning her career at Ernst & Young, Amanda audited financial services industry clients for 6 years before joining private industry as the controller for a global biotechnology manufacturing company, growing the company 20% year over year consistently, while leading high-stakes projects to enter new markets, such as consumer goods.

Amanda contributed to the design and development of LoanVantage, a loan initiation and monitoring software, leading the premier implementation into the 16th largest US bank by asset size before the product was sold to a top three banking platform.

Prior to Amanda’s first CFO service, she also served as risk director, overseeing risk programs and developing operational and financial growth models, gaining M&A investment, which tripled the company’s in size in 16 months.

Amanda invites strategic problem solving opportunities, development of bench strength and optimizing finance/operations/technology intersects, integrating teams with success focused leadership.

Amanda is open to collaboration on a variety of projects where her finance and company leadership experience can support pivots.

Amanda lives near her youngest daughter, who is studying at University in Florida, planning to pursue a business/law career, and visits her older daughter, who competes professionally in rodeo, training/breeding quarter and thoroughbred horses in Paris, Kentucky.
