Her expertise spans operating model design, synergy execution, and Day 1/Day 100 readiness, with deep experience across finance, procurement, and cross-functional program leadership.
Amanda has worked with global organizations including Microsoft, Qualcomm, and Broadcom, helping leadership teams navigate high-stakes transactions and drive operational results. She is a CPA (inactive) and holds degrees from UC Berkeley and the University of Virginia.
