Andrea brings a proven track record from executive roles at Petco, REI, and Caesars Entertainment, as well as earlier consulting roles with IBM and PwC. Her expertise lies at the intersection of marketing, product, technology, and operations, where she excels in both setting vision and strategy, and rolling up her sleeves to execute.
Andrea works with clients on a variety of projects, including fractional CMO/COO roles, brand and marketing strategy, product development, process improvement, and project management. She’s just as effective working with early-stage startups as she is with large, complex organizations, and she loves jumping into new challenges.
