Andy has been delivering strategic recommendations to sales and commercial leaders for over 15 years, spanning over 200 initiatives. Prior to running his own consulting firm, Andy spent time in the Commercial Strategy practice at EY-Parthenon and in the Commercial Effectiveness practice at Campbell Alliance (now Syneos Health). In between those periods, Andy was Director of Sales Force Effectiveness for two different pharmaceutical and animal health companies. Andy has expertise in designing and implementing sales force designs, processes, and training that deliver results for B2B and life science companies.
