I believe in the power of connection. It is the foundation for building authentic relationships that fuel growth, innovation, and opportunity. This philosophy has guided me throughout my professional career….and eventually inspired me to leave a successful career in big tech to join the Portland startup community. It was the best decision of my life.

Throughout my career, I have closed over $4.5 billion in transactions (M&A, CVC, Strategic Partnerships, JVs, divestitures, etc.) in the tech and healthcare industries, working with Fortune 100 companies, private equity firms, and startups. My ability to cultivate highly effective teams and drive cross-functional team results has consistently contributed to organizational growth and success.

In my roles, I have built corporate development functions, managed strategic planning processes, and implemented scalable M&A procedures to enhance deal execution. Additionally, I have led strategic growth initiatives that have driven revenue generation and increased market presence. My achievements in the e-commerce health tech sector are testament to my entrepreneurial spirit and adaptability.

I have the unique experience of being a startup founder, small business owner, and angel investor. I’ve worked in private equity and corporate venture and I’ve been an active member of Portland’s startup community for over a decade, as an advisor and startup consultant

In 2023 I founded Accelerate Growth Solutions, a boutique consulting firm that provides services to startups, venture capital, and private equity firms across the technology, semiconductor, industrials, healthcare, and commercial real estate industries. Our expertise spans three primary service offerings: growth strategy, financial advisory, and transaction advisory services.

This year, I founded PDX Connections, a networking group dedicated to forging authentic relationships among like-minded professionals in Portland’s diverse tech, startup, and investment communities. I also worked with Keiretsu NW (large angel investor group), becoming the official “Portland Ecosystem Partner” in addition to taking a GP role for the NW Angel Fund.
