Prior to founding Strategy Through Synergy, Angelique served many companies throughout her 20 year career, being the former VP Corporate Strategy & Development at Albemarle, Johnson & Johnson, Wolters Kluwer and Motorola. Angelique’s experience spans multiple industries including consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, non-profit, mining, publishing and telecommunications and she has a successful track record assisting B2B/B2C/B2G organizations from start-up to F50 in achieving their full potential.
Working collaboratively with boards, executive teams, internal management and external partners, Angelique defines clear paths to success, aligns organizations to succeed and effectively manages key stakeholder relationships. She also makes a positive impact on corporate culture with servant leadership principles and loves to coach and mentor next generation talent.
When not consulting, Angelique loves to travel and has been to 80+ countries for either work assignment or leisure. She also loves real estate investment and development and has a short-term rental property firm.
