Anish is an accomplished business leader with over 15 years of global experience in supply chain strategy, systems deployment, and business transformation. With a career spanning Australasia, Asia, EMEA, and the Americas, he has led large-scale initiatives across FMCG, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, and electronics.
As Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Anish advised clients (£1–6bn revenue) businesses across Europe on performance improvement, S&OP design, distribution optimization, and post-merger integration. Previously, at Asahi, he led the end-to-end UK/IE supply chain and delivered a unified SAP rollout and legal entity merger.
Earlier, Anish held senior roles at Cargill, Danone, and British American Tobacco, where he was a Global Process Owner, leading SAP deployments across 180+ markets and driving CAPEX efficiency and supply chain optimization. He holds certifications from APICS and Oliver Wight, and is highly skilled in SAP S/4HANA, APO, Power BI, and Ariba.
