Combined my partner and I have over 30 + years of experience. I co-own a company and we have a team that works for us. I also own another company that specializes in sales trainings.

We have extensive experience implementing HubSpot across marketing, sales, and CRM functions—cleaning and enriching databases, building automated workflows, optimizing pipelines, implementing lead scoring, and creating reporting dashboards. I also manage integrations with dialers, call recording systems, and other SaaS tools to ensure technology works seamlessly and efficiently. My approach is hands-on, focusing on auditing existing processes, identifying gaps, implementing solutions, and staying through execution to ensure measurable results.

Throughout my career, I have worked directly with C-suite executives, investors, and cross-functional teams, delivering impactful results across Industrial, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, B2B SaaS, Construction, fintech, banking, real estate, and corporate services. My experience includes roles at Silicon Valley Bank, Greystar Development & Construction, Renzo Piano Development, and consulting with companies such as NV5, AMEC Foster Wheeler, and Xcel Energy.

I also co-founded consultancies, Skrillo and Spectre Performance Partners, where I led projects on CRM implementation, revenue operations optimization, GTM strategy, CRM integrations, and reporting frameworks.
