At TCS, Anshu excelled in diverse roles, including Product Owner, Technical Architect, Scrum Master, Functional Consultant, and Domain Owner. With deep expertise in coaching & implementing Agile methodologies in both service operations and product development, Anshu has successfully led major transformations in the media, telecom, and communications industries.
