Arika Allen spent more than 20 years in talent and organization consulting, including leadership roles at Accenture, and now runs her own advisory and coaching practice. Leaders call Arika when they need guidance on enabling digital and AI transformation, aligning leadership teams around strategic priorities, or building leadership development programs that support organizational change.
She is also a certified executive coach. Arika lives in Seattle with her family and a rambunctious labradoodle. She’s always happy to collaborate on projects involving leadership, change and transformation.
