A.J. currently serves as Founder & Principal Independent Consultant at AAJ Consulting Group LLC. He supports consumer goods clients with benchmarking their current operations, recommending process improvements, shaping and delivering enterprise transformation initiatives, and architecting Transformation & Project Management Offices.
A.J. is a seasoned veteran of the Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages, and Operations / Supply Chain areas with 20 years of operating and consulting experience. He has held leadership roles and management responsibility within Supply Chain & Operations at global multinationals within the Fortune 100 and privately held organizations. During his tenure in Management Consulting at Accenture, he led business transformation programs & strategic initiatives spanning Digital Enablement, New Product Development, Product Lifecycle Management, Innovation & Commercialization, Project & Portfolio Management, and Data Analytics. A.J. holds an M.B.A from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a B.S. in Materials Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
He lives in the Chicago area with his wife and two young children. He is excited to collaborate on projects with the Veritux community and its clients.
