Asif has over 20 years of experience in global supply chain, procurement, and project management, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical industry.
He has been leading his own consulting firm, Naqui Consulting, since 2021, where he specializes in supply chain optimization and procurement strategies for top pharmaceutical and luxury brands.
Before starting his own firm, Asif served as the Senior Director of Global Sourcing and External Supply Services at Kedrion Biopharma.
There, he led comprehensive external supply programs, achieving significant cost reductions and enhancing operational efficiencies. Prior to Kedrion, he held key procurement and supply chain roles at Zoetis Inc. and Pfizer Inc., where he successfully managed complex global projects, supplier relationships and led transformational initiatives.
Asif holds a B.A. in Business Administration and has completed certifications in APICS CPIM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma Green Belt. Fluent in English, Italian, French, and Urdu, he excels in cross-functional collaboration and digital solutions implementation.
