After spending 14 consecutive years primarily focused on Resources and Financial Services clients across both Accenture and EY, Blake rediscovered his affinity for the Retail/ CPG sector in 2017 when he began his career as an independent consultant.
Focusing exclusively on organization design, Blake supported Lowe’s Companies HR organization for nearly three years before working under seasoned Kates Kesler design experts. After nearly a decade in the Charlotte area, Blake continues to prioritize fast-paced Retail clients, when possible, co-creating and evaluating organization design options to improve performance and enable strategic goals.
Since 2003, Blake has helped clients define, plan, and navigate change and transformation journeys, whether implementing large-scale technology systems or adopting new organization designs.
