He has a proven track record of building and transforming procurement and supply chain functions to deliver measurable value, including cost optimization, supplier strategy, and operational scalability.
Throughout his career, Brad has held executive leadership roles with high-growth and established organizations, including Primal Pet Foods, where he led procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives during a period of rapid expansion. His experience spans global sourcing, contract manufacturing, S&OP development, logistics optimization, and supplier relationship management across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Brad is known for his ability to step into complex, under-structured environments and quickly implement disciplined processes, strengthen supplier networks, and drive margin improvement while ensuring supply continuity. He has led initiatives delivering significant cost savings, improved service levels, and enhanced operational resilience—particularly in fast-scaling, private equity-backed businesses.
In addition to his corporate leadership experience, Brad is actively engaged in advisory and consulting work, supporting organizations as a fractional executive in procurement and supply chain. He partners with leadership teams to build foundational capabilities, optimize sourcing strategies, and prepare businesses for growth, investment, or exit.
Brad has lived and worked internationally, including in Singapore, China, and Europe, bringing a global perspective to sourcing and operations. He currently resides in Fernandina Beach, Florida.
