Brynn Shader has spent 3 years as an Organizational Change Management Consultant in the Human Capital practice at Deloitte and has been running her own consulting firm focused on HR transformations and digital optimization since 2016. Prior to Deloitte, she was an HR leader within various Fortune 500 organizations including DaVita, Vail Resorts and The University of Colorado.
Brynn has particular expertise in implementing HR technology and reorganizations that result, and has lead major transformations in manufacturing, travel and leisure, higher education, and healthcare.
She lives in Denver, Colorado with her dog Foxie where she is a CrossFit athlete and long-distance competitive swimmer, leveraging the discomfort of sports to stay connected to the rough edges of change.
