Carl is the managing director of Catalyst Advisory and is responsible for deal origination, project execution, and relationship development.
He is a seasoned M&A/Corporate Finance professional with in-excess of 25 years of deal experience and >USD 4 billion of deals managed and executed. He commenced his career PW in the UK, and has worked in Vietnam and the region since 2009. His previous roles include Head of Corporate Finance advisory for KPMG in Vietnam and Head of Corporate Finance for a leading regional bank in the Middle East.
Carl is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (FCA) and holds a BSc (Hons) Degree from the University of Manchester, UK.
