I’ve spent over two decades immersed in the dynamic worlds of finance and strategy. My journey has taken me from Argentina to Canada to Europe, where I’ve had the privilege of leading diverse teams through challenges that sparked innovation and collaboration. Each experience has shaped my approach to leadership—one that embraces different perspectives to drive success.
In my recent role as CFO at Cervecería Antares in Argentina, I took charge of the entire finance area—planning budgets, managing cash flows, and reporting directly to the board. A highlight was spearheading our financial planning processes which aligned with company’ strategic goals. This framework allowed us to thrive even amidst uncertainties.
Before this role, I served as Associate Director at e-Value Partners where I led strategic projects that not only shaped client recommendations but also deepened my understanding of market fluctuations within agribusiness and energy sectors. One of my proudest moments was valuing a local subsidiary of a leading multinational oil & gas company—the insights gained from that project were invaluable.
One of my remarkable accomplishments was at KWS Group, where I spearheaded a financial strategy that led to a successful capitalization of $5.4 million for our Argentine subsidiary while securing an international guarantee for financing a 12M US$ corn processing plant. These experiences taught me not just about numbers but also about building relationships, whether it’s negotiating with banks or collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Outside of work hours, I enjoy exploring new cultures through travel that complements my professional life by enhancing my adaptability—a skill that’s invaluable when working internationally.
