Carole is a results-oriented business leader who has built and reinvigorated some of the world’s great brands including Pantene, Barilla Pasta, Godiva, Avon, Downy Fabric Softener, Kraft Foods, Sabra Hummus and GoDaddy.

Carole brings a unique perspective to her work having sat on all sides of the business table — marketer, agency leader, consultant — allowing her to have an empathetic approach to understanding needs of all key stakeholders. Carole likes tough business challenges that require a new way of thing, disruptive approaches and being a challenger to drive the accelerated business results today’s cluttered marketer place demands.

Carole was named a Woman to Watch by Ad Age. Carole has also won numerous awards for a breakthrough new marketing platform she created for PepsiCo including the ANA Genuis Award for Data and Analytics, the SAMMY Award for Product of the Year and the PepsiCo CEO Award for Innovation. Today Carole sits on the Advertising Educational Foundation Board and is an Adjunct Professor at Rutgers Business School’s Executive MBA Program. She is also an advisor to Next Gen HQ the leading young entrepreneur’s platform and Modern Picnic, a start up reinventing the lunchbox market in a stylish, high fashion manner. Carole is an active mentor to young college age students, college graduates and young entrepreneurs, delivering against a promise to help the next generation succeed.
