Chike is an experienced professional with several years’ experience working in the Management Consulting/ Professional Services Industry. Specifically, he has experience in Agricultural Business / Agricultural Value Chains, Policy Development (in the private and public sectors), Process Improvement, Human Capital Management, Information Technology (Enterprise Resource Application Deployment) and Project Management.
He worked as a manager in the Performance and Technology unit of KPMG Professional Services in Lagos, Nigeria. Prior to this, Chike spent over 4 years in Accenture (he was based in the Lagos Office). He worked on a wide range of projects, involving subject areas as diverse as Organizational Restructuring, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Business Process Analysis, Enterprise Resource Application Deployment and Human Resources.
He is presently the CEO of Excenovation, a business advisory firm, where he has assisted clients in a wide range of domains, including Agricultural Value Chains, Business Planning, Market Analysis and Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Business Process Analysis and (Re)Engineering, Business Strategy Human Resources, Training and Facilitation.
