Christophe founded Two Five One, a consulting practice helping social and nonprofit organizations navigate growth, uncertainty, and organizational change. His work focuses on strategy, planning, nonprofit mergers, organizational design and restructurings, and fundraising. He partners closely with executive teams and boards to strengthen financial resilience, align strategy with operations, and build the infrastructure nonprofits need to thrive.
Before launching Two Five One, Christophe spent six years in financial services and strategy roles, including at Vanguard, where he helped plan and implement enterprise initiatives, advised senior leaders, and led Vanguard’s first acquisition. Earlier in his career, he spent 8 years at Accenture as a strategy leader focused on M&A and operating model design.
He now blends that business experience with a deep commitment to the social sector, supporting organizations from early stage nonprofits to multi chapter networks. Current projects include strategic planning, merger feasibility, fundraising professionalization, and capacity building initiatives with funders.
Christophe is based in outside of Philadelphia and works nationally.
