Chris Antaris has been running his own boutique consulting firm since 2023, with a focus on optimizing business operations of small-medium sized businesses looking for rapid growth or preparing for business exit. Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Executive at RSRS Inc, Canada’s largest medical records management company, where he grew the organization to top of the industry, in terms of market share, and significantly increased profits, while optimizing operations.
Prior to that, Chris was a Senior Executive at Apotex Inc, Canada’s Largest Generic Pharmaceutical company, where he led multiple global optimization initiatives, including the creation of an off-shore Shared Services Business, creating a unified Global Procurement Function, and rationalizing the organizations global footprint during a time of uncertainty. During his two-decade long tenure as an executive, Chris has worked with many Consulting firms, including Accenture, Boston Consulting Group, Deloitte, EY, IBM Global Business, McKinsey, and PwC.
He is currently located in Toronto, Canada, but works with organizations across Canada and US.
