Dr. Chrystalla Charalambous is a dynamic C-suite leader with over 17 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specializing in business strategy, market access, and commercial execution. As the Managing Director of Exzellia Pharma Ltd., she drives strategic solutions for healthcare commercialization, expands global partnerships, and leads business development in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and regenerative medicine. Previously, as General Manager at Novartis Oncology (Cyprus & Malta), she successfully led a cross-functional team, achieving business growth in Malta and double-digit sales expansion in Cyprus.
Her expertise spans leadership, marketing strategy, negotiations, and change management. She has played a key role in shaping healthcare policies through her tenure on the board of the Cyprus Association of Research and Development Pharmaceutical Companies (KEFEA). As a strong advocate for diversity, she has contributed to the ICC Women Network Cyprus and led inclusion initiatives in the European Central Cluster of Novartis Oncology.
