Cornelius Bronder - Member Profile

Cornelius Bronder has been working globally as an executive with global industrial leaders (Airbus, Daimler) for 20 years, and a partner with leading consulting firms (PRTM/PwC, IBM, EY Parthenon) and emerging growth technology firms for 15 years. He has worked mostly in Advanced Manufacturing Industries (in particular up & down the Aerospace/Aviation value chain, Automotive, Chemicals) and also served leading clients in the Life Science and Technology sectors. The last 6+ years he has been a partner at EY Parthenon in the US and in Europe/France, helping clients with their most complex operations and technology strategy, carve-out, and acquisition challenges.

Having been an executive operator and a consulting partner, he excels at connecting dots between strategy, operations, technologies and transactions globally, and across stakeholders from the top floor to the shop floor. His “sweet spot” is in orchestrating the many stakeholders it takes to succeed with transformative company-wide programs – charting the path from Strategy to Execution and then rolling up his sleeves to help clients navigate the path to tangible and sustained results.

Cornelius set up his own advisory firm, Pivotal International SAS, in July 2025. He continues to service EY Parthenon and its clients in a trusted relationship. As both a European and US citizen, Cornelius has been living in Paris, France, the past 3+ years, and works regularly across Europe, the Americas and Asia.
