Crystal has over 15 YOE in Corporate Strategy, Corporate Development and eCommerce and currently leads Constantia Ventures where she provides strategy, operations, and transaction advisory consulting services. She has lived and worked globally, leading teams in the U.S., South Africa, and Nigeria. Prior to founding Constantia Ventures, she was a Director at PepsiCo, where she led their net revenue management strategy for a $5 billion U.S. eCommerce business, managed post-merger integration for a $2 billion acquisition of an international food company, and oversaw various M&A transactions in emerging markets.
Crystal began her career in consulting at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, advising clients including HHS, CDC, and the Department of Veterans Affairs on their operations and human capital initiatives. She holds an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a BA in Economics and Sociology from the College of William and Mary. A Virginia native, Crystal currently resides in Fairfax, VA.
