Dagfinn leads NEO Consulting – a Nordic market leader in strategic advisory services with a focus on healthcare.

He has 30 years of Nordic and international experience as a strategic advisor and senior executive, of which 25 years are dedicated to healthcare. His expertise spans national authorities, reforms and health policy, as well as organisational change, transformation, technology and innovation. He has worked with hospitals, health regions, both primary and specialist healthcare providers, and with the technology and supplier industries.

Dagfinn has an extensive international profile. He served five years as PwC Europe’s Healthcare Leader and was part of PwC’s Global Healthcare Leadership Team. He has led major strategies, reforms, reports and evaluations, and each year he delivers 10–20 seminars and workshops on strategic healthcare challenges and opportunities.

As head of PwC’s healthcare practice, he built PwC into a central partner with key stakeholders, and his team became unique within PwC globally in terms of impact. Today, Dagfinn works with a wide range of organisations and acts as a trusted advisor to executives, boards, policymakers, politicians and leading consulting firms. Dagfinn is also happy to share his experience in projects linked to strategic transformation and development across the healthcare sector – public and private, national and local.
