Dan is a 25 year supply chain veteran who transitioned from the corporate world to projects and startups about ten years ago. He was trained by some of the best, including halving the inventories and tripling the stock price of $6B Cooper Industries, a Danaher inspired turn-around, where he wrote a 400 page playbook on S&OP, improving on Oliver Wight. Dan builds supply chains lean enough to fund startups, reducing cost, while improving delivery and quality, with companies of all sizes, contract manufacturers and OEMs around the world, in most industries, and especially medical devices.
Dan is laid back in an intense kind of way, runs every day, is based in Chicago.
