He has built repeatable systems for translating senior-leader input into frameworks, diagnostics, playbooks, executive briefings, and implementation resources. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategic initiatives and analytics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, building dashboards and recurring reporting for leadership decision-making.
