Danir Salikhov spent over 15 years as a business transformation and strategy professional across leading consulting firms and industrial companies, and is currently working as an independent consultant advising clients on strategy, operational improvements and commercial excellence.
Prior to his independent work, he held senior roles at SIBUR, Partners in Performance, Monitor Group and Roland Berger, leading large-scale transformation programs and delivering significant margin improvements and cost savings across petrochemicals, metals & mining and EPC sectors. Danir has particular expertise in corporate and market strategy, feasibility studies, and cross-functional performance transformation in complex, multinational environments.
He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a PhD in Economics. Danir lives in Mechelen, Belgium with his wife and three children, and enjoys fishing and algorithmic equity trading.
