I have had a successful 20+ year career bringing strategy into operational reality as a management consultant at Deloitte in Australia, the UK, Europe and Southeast Asia, and as a senior executive in Australia.

While I get a kick out of cracking the nut of the why and what, I get fulfillment through helping change happen. I have a passion for working with clients to challenge the status quo and make an impact broader than the bottom line.

I have worked extensively with clients across field and infrastructure services, telco, utilities, EV charging, in-home service and media in Australia, UK, EU and Southeast Asia. I have held a senior leadership role at Ventia as the Head of Workforce Design. I reported to the CIO and CFO and was responsible for leading the design of the future operating model, technical and digital transformation as well as org design. I worked with executive stakeholders across the organisation to co-design their future business, implement change and sell this vision to clients.

I have deep experience in the field and infrastructure services industry and am a recognised expert having published articles locally and globally. My success has come from using a blend of structured and creative approaches to design future businesses and ways of working, and to implement the required changes to bring these to life with business operations. Core to this is using the collective experience of my clients, me, other consultants, industry veterans and start-ups.
