He has managed over $1B in annual spend, directed international teams across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and delivered more than $250M in sustainable cost savings.
Before founding Woot Consulting LLC, Darryl held senior leadership roles driving sourcing strategy, supplier management, and M&A integration. He has experience helping private equity-backed companies optimize supply chains, reduce risk, and build organizational capability.
Darryl lives in Orange County, CA with his family and enjoys swimming and playing basketball.
