Dave Lozinger has been an independent management consultant since 2012. He specializes in Program and Project Management, Organizational Change Management, and Transformational Change.
Dave “grew up” in consulting at Accenture, where he focused on Human Performance at such clients as Merck, Novartis, Best Buy, Aegon, and Devon Energy. He expanded his knowledge and expertise of improving company performance by transforming the entire organization by leading and supporting turn-arounds in the Defense, Manufacturing, and Transportation sectors.
Going independent in 2012, Dave brought his leadership, project management, human performance, and technical skills together to lead individual initiatives at the request of executives within Fortune 100 companies. His ideal role is to lead a team of 8-10 functional leads on an assignment that enables corporate strategy or that is critical to achieving key business objectives.
Dave is based in Eastern Pennsylvania.
