Most recently, Dave served as EVP of Global Sales at Insights Learning & Development, where he held P&L responsibility for a $130M global revenue target and led a 175-person commercial organization across 11 countries. During his tenure, he delivered 28% average annual growth while sustaining 21% profitability, improved enterprise customer retention by 22%, and led the AI and digital enablement of the commercial organization.
Dave is currently the co-founder and CEO of Sightglass Group, an AI-readiness and organizational diagnostics venture he founded and commercialized from inception.
