David Brown is a global HR executive with a 30+ year career. He has led HR organizations across multiple continents and industries including manufacturing, consumer products, and services. His experience includes senior HR leadership roles supporting large, complex, and multinational workforces.
David’s background covers the full spectrum of human resources: organizational design, talent strategy and acquisition, leadership development, compensation, workforce planning, employee relations, and HR operations. He has guided companies through major business transformations, including restructuring, capability building, digital HR modernization, and culture change.
He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, supporting transactions from early due diligence through post-close integration. His work includes assessing leadership teams, evaluating organizational structures, identifying workforce risks, planning integration roadmaps, and helping organizations stabilize and align after a deal.
David now provides fractional CHRO support and project-based consulting to CEOs, founders, and private-equity partners. His typical engagements include HR function build-outs, organizational assessments, leadership and succession planning, performance system design, and M&A-related planning and integration.
