Managed start ups, turnarounds, expansions and accelerated growth businesses. Currently, participating in consulting projects as interim CEO/CCO, and in many M&As, and, also participating in the Board of Directors of a successful Nutricosmetics (Supplements) company.
Last company positions include President Europe, M-East & Asia regions for Maesa Beauty (a Bain Capital company) and Global President for Revlon, and President North America Professional, based in New York. Prior roles in Revlon included the leadership of the project Revlon/Elizabeth Arden as Business Integration Officer and the position of International Senior Vice-President, managing EMEA, Latin America and Asia/Pacific, as well as Global Travel Retail and licensing.
Prior to Revlon worked for Johnson & Johnson for many years, in skin care, personal care and vision care.
Lived in 5 different countries, Italy, France, Spain, USA and Brazil (temporarily also in Switzerland and UK), in 3 different continents, and worked in over 60 countries in the world.
