David has over 25 years of business and technology experience and has spent more than a decade providing technology due diligence, merger integration and carve-out support, digital transformation, and IT leadership services to both corporate and private equity clients. He currently manages Coeus Partners, which a boutique technology consulting business based in the Pacific Northwest.
Prior to starting his own consultancy, David was an IT M&A Practice Leader at Accordion Partners, which is a leading finance and technology firm specializing in strategic financial planning and analysis, CFO-related technology, and transaction execution services. Before joining Accordion, David led IT advisory services at several other consulting firms including RKON Technologies, ACA Aponix, and Alvarez & Marsal. Earlier in his career, David worked as a vice president with SAP and also served as Chief Information Officer for a NYSE-listed mining company. He currently resides in Northern Idaho with his wife and two dogs.
