Dave Sanders has spent most of his 25+ year career in management consulting and/or leading revenue / sales operations at IBM, Cisco Systems, and Nokia. Before starting his independent consulting practice in 2025, he worked at Blue Ridge Partners for 8 years, helping private equity portfolio companies grow their commercial organizations. While Dave’s background is primarily in high tech, he has significant industrial and healthcare experience as well.
Dave lives in the Chicago area with his wife – who got him hooked on CrossFit – and 15 year old son. Dave is eager to bring his experience to commercial growth projects and efforts to stand up new revenue operations and analytics capabilities in growing companies.
