Dr. Deepak Gupta helps organizations turn bold strategy into lasting impact by developing the self aware, agile leaders who make change stick. A business psychologist and management consultant with 30+ years across India, the Middle East, and Europe, he has led national and regional practices in Strategy Execution, Organisation Development and Structuring, HR transformation, and Leadership Assessment and Development, including Executive Coaching at Korn Ferry (India & EMEA), PDI Ninth House (Middle East), PwC Abu Dhabi, Mercer India, and PwC India.

In Nov 2022 he stepped away as a Korn Ferry Client Partner to pursue a broad set of interests and by early 2025 he launched DGLA Consulting to build strategically agile, self aware leadership benches. He partners selectively with CXOs and Boards on succession, executive selection, and bespoke C suite development—integrating inside out/outside in diagnostics with pragmatic, solution focused coaching.

He has a PhD in Organizational Behaviour & Strategy Development (Centre of advanced studies, Department of Psychology, Univ. of Allahabad) and Masters and Bachelors Psychology degrees (Delhi?University). He is a ICF-PCC certified coach and trained in the Hogan, Korn Ferry suite of leadership assessments and BPS Certified Level A and B practitioner. He was also recently admitted as a Professional member to the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP). He has been a regular visitor to prestigious Indian business schools such as IIM Sikkim, SP Jain Management and Research Institute and Institute of Rural Management, Anand, India and has also taught as full time faculty at T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal.
In the past, in his academic and research driven roles, he actively published in reputed journals and had one publication with the World Bank.

Outside of the Board room, he carves wood, tends a farm, and takes long Harley road trips—practices that keep his perspective sharp and energy fresh.
