Next to his career in consulting, Dion-Rene held (senior-) management positions at Exxon Chemical, General Electric, Royal Dutch Mail, ASML and the Center for Creative Leadership.
Dion-Rene specialises in Strategy Execution, Leadership- and Organisational Development. He can best be described as a creative and strategic thinker who combines international experience (in over 10 countries on 3 continents), a deep understanding of behavioral change, a Six Sigma Master Black Belt accreditation, and political savvy to support and develop leadership teams to sustain continued growth and performance improvement.
He is very experienced in designing, setting up and leading to completion of large and complex organizational change initiatives. Dedicated transformation professional known for assembling and nurturing strong teams, communicating and collaborating effectively across complex structures, and building bridges and forging relationships both internally and externally.
Dion-Rene lives in the greater Amsterdam area with his wife and four kids and two cats, is a passionate photographer, enjoys good food, boxing and melodic blues music.
