Over the course of my career, I have gained extensive expertise in all areas and from all angles of corporate transactions and financing, whether as a consultant or as a manager, on the buy side and on the sell side. I have successfully completed the US CPA exam and have many years of experience as a management consultant at a Big 4 accounting firm.
As Head of Finance at a listed German bank and Head of Fund Management, Controlling and Risk Management at a multi-billion Euro fund company, both with power of attorney, I also know the challenges of management positions, especially under adverse market conditions.
In addition to my core business activities I have given university lectures on valuation and keynote speeches on various financial topics.
