Durucan has spent the last two years managing the international operations of a boutique workforce advisory consulting firm. He has also transitioned into HR Tech, leading service offerings in recruitment and selection, utilizing AI and psychometric tests, as well as developing an Employee Experience and Loyalty Tracker, following a business model similar to SaaS.
Throughout this period, he has continued delivering his signature leadership programs to large corporations across the Middle East, Europe, and the US, significantly impacting their profitability and growth. Prior to this role, Durucan worked as a management consultant at PwC, Accenture, and Wipro, gaining expertise in change management and leading complex business transformation programs in both public and private sectors.
Durucan is available for public speaking engagements, leadership workshops, or collaboration on organizational change projects. He also welcomes opportunities to work on Talent Management initiatives in the US, Europe, and the Middle East.
