Senior aviation executive and strategy consultant with 40+ years of experience across public and private sectors in the global airline industry. Former CEO of TAAG Angola Airlines and Viva Air Perú, and co-founder of Vueling, which I helped take public in 2005.
I have led complex airline transformations and operational launches across Europe, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East. Since 2011, I lead Be In Time, a consultancy specializing in airline startups, fleet acquisition, MRO and operations strategy.
We’ve advised governments and international bodies (incl. ICAO technical cooperation programs such as ITB-ICAO-00375), supported national carriers, and partnered with private equity firms on commercial aviation ventures. I also represent the global airline IT company Hitit in Spain and Italy, and recently launched Avialinker, a digital marketplace for aviation professionals.
