Lizzy won an international award for Business Transformation of the Year and uses her IMPACT Multiplier framework to rapidly diagnose and solve critical business problems, often leveraging AI and automation to deliver results without increasing headcount.
She lives in Lucca, Italy, with her golden retriever and loves intense sports, holding a black belt in kickboxing, is training for her first Hyrox race, and enjoys outdoor activities like skiing, scuba diving, and calisthenics.
