Ella Samson is a strategic operations leader and founder of Emerge Collaborations, with more than 30 years of experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and growth. Her background spans industries including management consulting (Deloitte Consulting), food and beverage manufacturing (Peet’s Coffee & Tea), medical technology (Abbott Diabetes Care), and SaaS.
Ella helps organizations strengthen operational performance and belonging simultaneously—aligning process improvement with cultural transformation. Through Emerge Collaborations, she partners with enterprises to improve gender equity and belonging by addressing structural inequities in policies, processes, and culture. She also leads memoir-based fireside chats with leadership teams that deepen understanding of gender identity and foster empathy that leads to lasting organizational change.
Ella earned her MBA from the Wharton School and works with organizations in both the US and EU. Her forthcoming memoir, The Power of Emergence: A Memoir to Demystify Gender Identity and Inspire Belonging in the Workplace (2026), helps enterprise leaders better understand gender identity and its role in creating inclusive, high-performing workplaces.
