Emma Iezzoni is the founder of EJ Intelligence, an AI-native consulting firm specializing in organizational and human capital strategy — including strategic planning, organizational design, and social network analysis. Previously, she was a leader in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice, where she advised on $20B+ in M&A transactions and served as an Executive Facilitator in Deloitte Greenhouse Labs, focusing on leadership effectiveness and corporate strategy during integrations.
After Deloitte, Emma moved to be the Head of HR Data & Analytics at Vanguard, helping the company navigate a once-in-a-generation workplace transformation through the COVID-19 pandemic and subsequent ‘Great Resignation’. She later led the Client Experience department for Vanguard’s Wealth Management business, spearheading enterprise efforts to define and scale differentiated, high-touch CX in one of the firm’s fastest-growing business lines.
