Quester Advisors (QA) is an independent consulting firm specializing in strategy, finance and operational improvement advisory services. QA provides strategic leadership to companies looking to grow and improve their operations. Since its founding in 2019, QA have successfully executed projects in Canada, the USA, Latin America, Central Asia and Africa.

Manos is a Partner at QA since 2025. In his more than 25 years of professional experience he has lived and studied in 7 countries and worked internationally in energy, power and utilities, industrial manufacturing, automotive, consumer products and retail. He specializes in operational performance improvement programs leveraging advanced data and analytics methodologies to deliver tangible and verifiable value.

Highlights of his advisory work include leading the Americas Process Intelligence in the AI & Data practice for EY Technology Consulting in the US, setting up the Operational Restructuring and Performance Improvement practice for EY-Parthenon in Canada, supporting the launch of the EY-Parthenon brand in Canada and standing up the PwC Canada Deals Value Creation practice in the West market segment.

In his client-serving roles, Manos has led numerous operational performance improvement programs with corporate clients as well service delivery reviews and cost transformation projects in the public sector at municipal, provincial and federal level. In his work in industry, Manos led large scale teams, managed complex supply chains and held key management roles operating critical production and distribution facilities and transportation networks for mid-size private and large public organizations.

Manos holds a Masters in Business Administration from IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain, a Masters in Strategy and Information Systems from ESCP-EAP in Paris, France and a University Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus in Athens, Greece. He is a trained Lean Six Sigma practitioner with strong statistics, data modelling and analytics skills. He is well versed in traditional and agile project management methodologies and is fluent in English, French, Spanish and Greek.

Outside of work, Manos is passionate about sport of all forms. He had the privilege to participate in the planning and delivery of the Athens 2004 Olympic and Paralympic Games and to lead the launch of a pan-European motorsport competition series with major automotive manufacturer. He regularly plays and referees football in the summer (aka. ‘soccer’) and enjoys downhill skiing in the winter.

Manos also regularly volunteers with multiple entrepreneur development organizations, from grassroots community economic development to venture accelerators (e.g. Plug and Play Alberta, Platform Calgary, Futurpreneur, Momentum Calgary and the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship). He openly shares his experience and mentors aspiring new leaders, serves on advisory boards and invests in promising new ventures.
